Detailed Timelines
With a detailed day of timeline you will know exactly what is scheduled at any given point in the day. Timelines show exactly when everything from flower set-up to guest arrival will happen.
Vendor Management
In the weeks leading up to the big celebration, vendors will be confirmed and receive a copy of the "Run of Show" so that everyone is on the same page, and so that the event expectations are clearly communicated.

Decor Setup
You have worked hard to personally choose the look you want for your big event. We will personally make sure to gain a thorough understanding of what you expect the decor to look like, and our team will make it happen for you on the day of.
Venue Walkthrough
The venue layout is one of the most crucial parts of making an event run smoothly. You will be provided with a custom venue layout for the event. Walkthroughs can also be done at 60 days, and two weeks prior to the event.

After being the Maid of Honor for my sister's wedding, I realized the importance and the need for day of coordination services.Relying on friends or family to take care of details on the day of a big event often means they will not be able to enjoy themselves, sometimes they may even miss the event completely.
